Meet The Team

Alfredo Gil, MD grew up in Miami, Florida after arriving from Cuba with his parents at a very young age. He speaks Spanish fluently, a skill that has helped him deliver health care in the various medical facilities he has been associated with. He completed his undergraduate studies at Florida International University, Miami, Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In 1996 he received his medical degree from Howard University in Washington, DC. In 2000 he completed his internship and residency at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. His work experience includes Clinical Assistant Professor at the Hospital University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004, Women’s Care, Pawtucket, RI from 2004 to 2010 and Women and Infants Emergency Room Triage from 2010 to 2013. He found a passion for injecting in 2016 and has been our master injector at Tollgate Aesthetics ever since. He strives to enhance patients' natural beauty and improve their overall self confidence. Dr. Gil resides in Barrington with his wife and two children.

Cassandra Lee is a medical aesthetic provider at Tollgate Aesthetics in Warwick Rhode Island. She is a Providence native and Rhode Island College graduate. She received her aesthetic training from The National Laser Institute and Elizabeth Grady School of Aesthetics. She is ACDT Board Certified Dermatology Tech who is excited about blending her medical dermatology knowledge with aesthetics. She believes skin care is an essential part of total health and aesthetic medicine is far deeper than the superficial. People are the best versions of themselves in all areas of life when they feel and look their best. Cassandra is passionate about being apart of that!
